Yep, you read that right. P-A-N-C-A-K-E-S.
It had been a long time since I last went for a brunch, too long in fact. Eglantine figured that out too, and that’s how she came up with the Pancake Sisters. Yeah, the kind of sisters you wish you had in your family (no offense to your actual sisters, if you have any ^^).
Located in the uber trendy area of the Canal St Martin, in the 10th arrondissement, the place’s concept is … pancakes, obviously.
The brunch includes tea or coffee, a glass of freshly squeezed orange juice, a dish with a salted pancake: scrambled eggs, spinaches, kale, cheese, lentils, salad; and a dessert with a sweet pancake: fresh cream, fresh fruits, granola.
Oh boy, those plates were tasty.
