I had already tried the delish burgers at Manhattn’s Louise. You can read that article here. The memory of the finger-licking episode still lingering on my mind, I got the invitation to the opening of the BOURSE Manhattn’s this Tuesday. Located on 39 Rue Henri Maus right next to Bourse and featuring a super rad New York-ish design, it’s open weekdays for lunch and all day on weekends. My partner in crime and I got to try some of their burgers and delicious homemade fries but I’ll definitely come back to try the veggie burger. The buns are the nicest in Brussels and the fries are really something. We really had an incredible evening with the excited crowd and the DJ set with live Sax. Got me in a New York state of mind.
