Right across the Tenbosch Park, MiTo is the perfect hangout spot after a stroll in the greenery or to meet your friends for aperitivo. Here, Milanese pizzaiolos use organic regional top quality produce on slow rising doughs, easier to digest and super yummy. The result? Ten light heavenly pizza recipes you can gush over on their blue-chaired terrace. I tried the one with stracciatella, yellow tomatoes and pistacchios which was pure bliss. Next time I might go for one of their daily specials, like their mi-cuit tuna with burrata cream. Italian lovers are really spoiled for choice in the Washington roundabout with gems like MiTo and Cocina.
