I don’t know about you, but whenever I‘m in Sephora, Paris XL or one of those cosmetic temples, I feel as lost as a bear in a shopping mall. Finding the one moisturising cream that will hydrate your skin without leaving you all shiny is as likely as finding a needle in a haystack. And there are just Oh so many brands..
You can choose the Chanel & co. thinking it’s a safe choice but I find that doesn’t guarantee anything. The only thing that’s sure is that it’ll burn a 50EUR hold through your pocket!

So when a French girlfriend of mine told me about Glossybox, a personalised beauty box with 5 samples delivered straight to your door.
She needed say no more, me wanted it.
For around 12 EUR a month, I get luxury products from brands like agnes b., dr. brandt, caudalie, bobbi brown, guerlain & more, selected by experts in accordance with my skin profile and my specified tastes!

Next to my June Glossybox, I got the Mad Summer box filled with Caudalie huile divine (love it), a Smashox oil-free photo finish, an Esthederm tanning spray, the Sisley pore-minimizer (nice texture), ioma cream, a fabulous leopard-print emmery-board and the Rem parfume (not a fan, gotta admit).

Everything comes in mini versions but it’s good value for money and it’s travel- size for travel-time, with summer holidays zooming in on us!

And I even got a travel nécessaire with the June regular box.

I got a monu spa shampoo, a smashbox mascara, a Lehning Labs shower gel, a delicious rose & coco lipbalm and a cute lil’ mirror.
It’s a pity that glossybox doesn’t yet work in Belgium, so I have mine delivered at my friend Del’s in Strasbourg. You can get it in Austria, Brazil, Canada, China, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Poland, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, and the UK.
In Belgium, there is a similar concept, The DeautyBox. Sara is considering trying it. If any of you are subscribed, give her your feedbacks!
