-Hi, Anita (in a carnivores anonymous chorus way).
Yes, I admit it. And I ain’t trying to find a cure.
Ok, I’m no proselytizer either. I respect vegeatarians and thank them warmly for leaving more meat for people like me.
Being of Uruguayan and Argentinean origins, it’s not without pride that I give you….
(drooling noise -I mean drumming noise)
I got 2 words for you: best Argentinean in town. Ok, that was 2 words too many. But when you try it, you’ll forgive my blathering.

The joint simply serves amazing argentinean food, ranging from empanadas (baked beef-filled patries) to any beef piece you fancy. Oh, and don’t forget the mythical panqueques con dulce de leche (thin crepes filled with a sort of caramel except better).

Their wine menu is also quite something. I really enjoy a good glass of Malbec with my meat and recommend the Tomero -Mendoza, Valle de Uco. That’s where my Argentinean familiy comes from, by the way.
I went with my colleague Nancy for an intempestive meat fix and left feeling satisfied but kind of sad we couldn’t stay for pudding.
Do make a reservation, or be prepared to leave empty-stomached, hating your guts for not having done so.
Count about 40 EUR for a starter, main dish and some wine. Not your cheapest lunch or evening snack. But I’m talking serious meatlovin’ delectation here!
