I had lunch with Kathryn at a couple of days ago in the Schuman quarter.

The place is super warm, fully covered in wood with light wells pouring rays of sun into your lunch.
The plants and other ornaments also add to the general cosy feeling.

The organic cantine serves veggie plates made of super fresh local products as well as fresh goat cheese, soups and the occasional meat piece.

It was very tasty and we were both pleasantly surprised, how a simple veggie dish could give us such satsfaction. We’re usually more of the red meat and fish type if you know what I mean… ;)

You can also take your plate or cup to the terrace. It’s worth the elevator / stairs odyssey.

They also serve a mythic brunch the first Sunday of the month and it gets busy so you might want to book in advance.

Henri & Agnes were Christelle Fosseprez’s grandparents and the place is like an ode to their love and commitment to fresh savory farm products. Well done.
