is a vegan day canteen in the Porte de Namur area, strategically located between the Sablon and Av. Louise. You can come for breakfast and try their wholesome banana toast with squashed almonds and pecan nuts or a classic açai bowl or homemade pancakes with banana and berries. In the fridges, pick your cold pressed juice to stock up on vitamins.

Stay for lunch and indulge in one of their tasty toasts or salads with spelt wheat bread. The avocado toast is a real must with its fennel bed and pickled red onions. The sweet rascals among you should try their raw & gluten-free cakes; think chocolate and salty caramel or mango-key lime pie. Their hot drinks such as almonccino (espresso, almond milk) or Cacao smash are made with homemade almond milk. And forget refined sugar, here you’ll sweeten your drinks with organic coconut sugar.

But TICH is much more than a vegan restaurant. You can do your organic groceries in their food corner (from bulk grains to rare oils, teas and broths) and even buy falcon enamel goods, posters from Image Republic, The New Yorker, Cooking books… The perfect spot for an original gift.

And as if that wasn’t enough, TICH is also developing their concept store. (Oh yeah, the place is huge so the team can really have fun and try anything that comes to mind. It’s like an ideas lab of the fun and hip.) They even have their own line of tees and sweaters and they plan on selling veja sneakers soon, alongside rarities like books by the epic Chez Colette Paris and many avant-gardist items. A fashion hotspot in the making.

If you haven’t yet, you should pass by. The place is superb, with its wooden counters, benches and shelves, hand crafted entirely by the team. Full of light, good vibes and delicious healthy bites.

TICH, Rue de Namur 25, Open 9am-6pm Mon-Fri, 10am-6.30pm Sat-Sun.
